Kayli Callan

Movement elevates Kayli’s life in every way, and feeling connected to her body allows her to access her true self.  She uplifts students to see what is possible when a yoga practice becomes part of their lives.

Movement is so much more than yoga for Kayli; she was a competitive gymnast and went on to coach elite level gymnastics. Through coaching and yoga trainings she has discovered how to amplify students through their movement. Kayli continues to challenge herself in her own practice through running, rock climbing, the occasional surf, and a regular yoga practice. Feeling strong in our bodies is empowering on all levels, and Kayli helps students access this by meeting them on the mat exactly as they are.

The flip side of this coin is inner work. Leading students through stillness is where Kayli believes the real magic happens, where students experience the true mind and body benefits of yoga. For Kayli, yoga practice is an opportunity to create, expand, and share our real selves.
